Position Overview
- The Recruitment Manager / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for SIERRA. This includes requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview management, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role requiring strong technical hiring capability, market intelligence, sourcing expertise, and the ability to close positions swiftly.

- Experience hiring for: .NET, Java, Full Stack, Cloud, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Embedded, IoT, Data Engineering
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, etc.)
- Strong Boolean search and alternate sourcing methods
- Ability to manage multiple open positions concurrently
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in employer branding initiatives
